This website is owned and operated by Catherine Burbridge Art, 20 Laneside Drive, Bramhall, Stockport SK7 3AR(“we”, “us”). All content featured or displayed on the website, including all text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software, and all related rights, are the exclusive property of us or persons who have granted their permission to display the content on the website. All elements of the website are protected by copyright, trademark, moral rights and other laws relating to intellectual property. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you are granted a revocable license to access the website.

PROHIBITED USE OF THE WEBSITE

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY

In order to use our website, you do not have to pay a fee, browsing is free. The exact amount of any such fee relating to purchasing artwork will be

published on the applicable page on our website or will be communicated to all potential users via other convenient means (“Fee”).

You may ask for a refund in accordance with the following:

The item is unsuitable.
The item arrives damaged or is lost in transit
A return is requested in writing within 14 days of receiving your artwork
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns are at your cost and must use a tracked and signed for service. Once I confirm safe receipt of the artwork, I will process a refund using your original purchase method. I am currently unable to accept returns from outside of the UK.

Whilst every effort is made to portray accurate photographs of the artwork on this website, I am not responsible for differences in browsers, devices or screen settings which may look different to the original work. I will not refund on this basis. If you would like to see the artwork in real life before purchase, I will be happy to direct you to where it is being shown or I will video the item in natural light so you can see it before purchase.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
